Saketh Ram Mamidala

Saketh Ram Mamidala joined IBM-Research Zurich as a Postdoctoral Researcher in 2023. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Lund University, Sweden (2023). His doctoral research was focused on developing a technology platform for the 3D integration of Resistive Memory elements (RRAMs) with Vertical Gate-All-Around MOSFETs . His research interests include:

• Neuromorphic & In-Memory Computing
• Non-Volatile Memories
• Nanowire MOSFETs and III-V materials
• Cryogenic characterization of electron devices

He holds a Master's degree in Micro and Nano Systems from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, TU Chemnitz, Germany (2018). During his master’s he also carried out projects at IMEC, Leuven and TNO, Holst Centre, Eindhoven.
