The IBM Haifa Research Lab (HRL) & IBM Global Business
Services in Israel cordially invites you to a half-day
seminar on Business Transformation, to be held Tuesday,
September 9, 2008.
The demand for innovation, flexibility, and shorter time to
market for new products, combined with the need to create
new revenue sources, means we need a new approach to
industry structures and solutions. One of the main
challenges faced by businesses today is the streamlined
transition from the Business Architecture (BA) level to the
technical or solution level, and the ability to create a
tighter link between BA and solution design. New models,
tools, and analytics must be formalized to bridge this gap.
By adopting a holistic approach that provides BA details and
insight to the solution level, we can enrich the current
business analysis practices and achieve a higher level of
reuse of the developed assets.
The seminar will take place in the auditorium of the IBM
Israel headquarters in Petach Tikva, from 8:30 to 14:00.
Lunch and light refreshments will be served. Participation
is free.
