Authors should submit their original contributions as PostScript or PDF files electronically to Shmuel Ur (ur@il.ibm.com). Postal address, email, phone and fax numbers of a corresponding author should be included. An early email with your intention to submit a paper would be greatly appreciated. Please contact one of the co-chairs if electronic submission is not possible and/or formats other than PostScript or pdf are used.
IPDPS and the workshops are published together in a single proceedings. The printed volume contains abstracts of all of the papers, with a section for each workshop plus the conference. The full papers are published in the CD-ROM in the back of the printed volume, and on the IEEE Digital Library.
