Doug Fritz
InternDoug Fritz, is currently pursuing a Dual Degree, B.S. in Computer Science and a B.F.A. in Fine Art, at Carnegie Mellon University. His work ranges from a robotic art installation in Japan, to a full figured bronze, to code for multi-agent asynchronous teams for complex problem solving, to oil painting, to java apps, and just about everything else. Demonstrating a balancing of multidisciplinary pursuits and a strong interest in visualization and cooperation, he has stated that he is very excited to be working at IBM Research within a very synergistically aligned group. Within his B.S. degree, his hard science concentration is biology, and regarding his hobbies, they include but are not limited to, sailing, art, programming, go (japanese board game), golf, and swimming.
