There exist many problems that cannot be detected by looking at individual computers. We are developing a problem determination system that monitors network data to effectively detect problems involving multiple servers. |

| In today's IT infrastructure consisting of many distributed servers with complex interdependencies, the calling relationships between servers are defined around the configuration of OS, the middleware, and the applications. This situation makes the understanding of the relationships harder, but understanding these relationships is necessary in order to assess server failures. Our dependency discovery system monitors network data and detects calling relationships among the OS, the middleware, and the applications. |
