I am a researcher of the Infrastructure Software group in IBM Research, Tokyo Research Laboratory. I have worked for compiler optimizations, profiling frameworks, performance optimization for large scale Java applications, and stream computing since I joined the laboratory in 1995.

My research interests are in optimizing compilers, parallel processing, and processor architectures.

Brief Personal History

I received M.S. degree in Engineering from Waseda University in 1991, and received Ph.D. degree in Engineering from Waseda University in 2007.
I received Telecomm Columbus Award from the Telecomm foundation in 1992.
I am a member of ACM, IPSJ, and IEICE.
