Fumiko Satoh
Researcher of IBM Research - Tokyo


She joined IBM Research - Tokyo in 2001.
She worked for metadata for video digest, security for SOA applications (Web Services security runtime and tooling, WS-Security related specifications, security policies, security configuration and validation), and model-driven development. She started a research that focused IT technologies contributing the emissions trading and management in 2009.

Her current research interests include Non-Functional Requirement of Business Process Management, Cloud computing, Emission management technologies, and eXtensible Business Reporting Language(XBRL).

She received her Master's degree in physics and Doctoral degree in computer science from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2001 and 2010, respectively.
