Brief biography
Dr. Sei Kato is a research staff member of IBM Research - Tokyo
in Kanagawa, Japan.
Sei has been in IBM Research
since 2002, after receiving his Ph. D. in Mathematical
Science from the University of Tokyo.
His current technical interests are in dynamics of traffic flow and
agent-based analysis of social phenomena.
