RS/6000 CT and other advancements in clustering technology from IBM are making computing easier, faster, and more reliable. IBM researchers are approaching clustering from several directions, including improving existing clustering technology, spreading clustering technology to different platforms, and working on Internet-wide clustering that could dramatically improve the reliability of commerce over the Internet.
