A two-day workshop devoted to recent developments in fault-tolerant quantum computing will be held at the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown Heights, NY, on August 29-30, 2005. Topics to be covered include threshold estimation, coding and error-correction techniques, error-models, locality and quantum architectures.
