Along with your receipts you must also fill out the following two forms:

(1) http://www.nyu.edu/cdv/site20/pdf/NYUVisitorsInfoIncomeTravel.pdf
(2) The NYU invoice for enumerating your expenses (although not mentioned, include meals, tolls, etc.)

Non-US citizens must also send a copy of your passport, visa and I-94, as applicable.

Please address any reimbursement questions to Susan Tsui, the administrative assistant at NYU who will be doing the processing, and cc me.
