From New York City

• Take the West Side Highway northbound, which becomes the Henry Hudson parkway after crossing the Henry Hudson bridge, and becomes the Saw Mill parkway a few miles later.
• Continue north on the Saw Mill parkway for about 15 minutes.
• Take exit 23 (Eastview) and turn right at the light.
• Go through 2 lights and turn left onto Route 9A northbound.
• Go through one light. The Research Center is about 1/8 mile past the light, on the right.

From John F. Kennedy International Airport

• North on Van Wyck Expressway to the Whitestone Expressway and continue north across the Bronx-Whitestone Bridge.
• Take the Hutchinson River Parkway north to the Cross County Parkway exit.
• Cross County Parkway west to the Bronx River Parkway.
• North on the Bronx River Parkway to the Sprain Brook Parkway.
• Sprain Brook Parkway to the Route 100C/Eastview exit.
• Turn left at the light and proceed 1 mile (through 2 lights) to Route 9A North (right turn).
• Go through one light. The Research Center is about 1/8 mile past the light, on the right.

• East on the Grand Central Parkway to the Whitestone Expressway North.
• Whitestone Expressway north across the Bronx-Whitestone Bridge.
• Take the Hutchinson River Parkway north to the Cross County Parkway exit.
• Cross County Parkway west to the Bronx River Parkway.
• North on the Bronx River Parkway to the Sprain Brook Parkway.
• Sprain Brook Parkway to the Route 100C/Eastview exit.

• Get onto I-287 West from either I-95 (New England Thruway) South, I-684 South, or the Merrit Parkway South.
• Route I-287 west to Exit 3, Sprain Brook Parkway North.
• Sprain Brook Parkway to the Route 100C/Eastview exit.
• Turn left at the light and proceed 1 mile (through 2 lights) to Route 9A North (right turn).
• Go through one light. The Research Center is about 1/8 mile past the light, on the right.

• New York State Thruway (Route I-87) South across the Tappan Zee Bridge to Exit 8, Cross Westchester Expressway (Route I-287).
• I-287 east to Exit 1, Saw Mill River Parkway North.
• Take exit 23 (Eastview) and turn right at the light.
• Go through 2 lights and turn left onto Route 9A northbound.
• Go through one light. The Research Center is about 1/8 mile past the light, on the right.

• Take I-84 East across the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge to Exit 16-S, Taconic State Parkway South.
• Taconic south to the Saw Mill River Parkway South.
• Take exit 23 (Eastview) and turn left at the light.
• Go through 2 lights and turn left onto Route 9A northbound.
• Go through one light. The Research Center is about 1/8 mile past the light, on the right.

From New York City by Public Transportation

• Take the Metro North Harlem Line from Grand Central Station to the Hawthorne station (about 50 minutes).
• The offices of New Town Taxi (914-747-0999) are at the train station. Go to their office and request a cab to the IBM Watson Research Center at 30 Saw Mill River Road. Cost is $5 for one person or $3/person. The ride takes about 10 minutes, and you may have to wait as long as 10 minutes for a cab.
