Aleksandra Mojsilovic was born in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, in 1968. She received her BSEE, MSEE and Ph. D. degrees from the University of Belgrade, Belgrade, Yugoslavia, in 1992, 1994 and 1997, respectively. From 1994 to 1998 she was a member of academic staff at the University of Belgrade, Department of Electrical Engineering. From 1998 to 2000 she was with Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies. Aleksandra Mojsilovic is currently a research staff member at IBM TJ Watson Center, Hawthorne, New York. Her main research interests include computer vision, image analysis, multidimensional signal processing, medical imaging and human perception. Dr. Mojsilovic is a member of the IEEE Signal Processing society and the Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Image Processing. –
