I'm a Research Staff Member in the Systems and Network Services group in the Services Delivery Research department at the IBM TJ Watson Research Center in Hawthorne, NY. My interests are in network and system management, networked services, operating systems, and distributed systems.

Prior to joining IBM Research I completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1999. I received my B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1994.
