What is this:
This program is designed for recently graduated B.Tech and M.Tech students. IBM IRL offers one year assignments to students who would like to experience working in an leading industrial research laboratory before making important career choices.

Who can apply:
This program is normally intended for recent graduates from the following institutes:

• IIT Delhi
• IIT Bombay
• IIT Kanpur
• IIT Madras
• IIT Kharagpur
• IIT Guwahati
• IIT Roorkee
