Located adjacent to the India Research Lab, New Delhi, IISL complements IBM’s other solutions labs at Hawthorne, USA, Zurich, Switzerland, and Beijing, China. IISL will cater to the growing client needs in the Indian domestic market as well as the broader Asia Pacific region.

The IISL facility
IISL has a fully equipped world-class exhibit floor with facilities to demonstrate nearly 40 solutions, to begin with. The solutions address client needs across all sectors with specific focus on Automotive, Banking, Chemicals & Petroleum, Energy & Utilities, Government, Healthcare, Retail and Telecom industries. The integrated solutions can include both HW & SW IBM products combined with leadership technologies and business partner solutions, covering:

The current suite of business solutions includes Customer Relationship Management, Intelligent Utility Network, cross organizational collaboration and asset management. The Infrastructure solutions cover Smart Surveillance, Security, Deep Computing Visualization, etc. The Research demonstrations include Hindi and Indian English speech recognition, healthcare data network, services enablement technology etc. IISL also provides the best in class meeting facilities including video-conferencing for your clients.

First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) projects result from bringing IBM researchers, clients, and partners together in the marketplace to leverage tomorrow's innovative technologies in addressing today's real business problems. Some examples of FOAK demonstrations available at IISL include Telematics Data Protection, Operational Risk Quantification and Symbiotic Context-Oriented Information Retrieval (SCORE).
