- strong research orientation and proven track records in identifying and solving research challenges specific to Development and Delivery processes, Metrics collection and Risk identification/tracking, Automation of Project governance specific to collaborative development models.

- Should have executed business/technical strategy
- Oriented on open standards as they related to different domain verticals and emerging markets.
- Collaborative experience with partners, customers and other agencies to understand/adopt and execute projects will be highly desirable

- Development experience in SOA platforms such as application servers, business integration products, legacy enablement tools, enterprise messaging.
- Experience with Eclipse-based tooling is desirable.
- R&D experience in SOA, process modeling, service adaptation, legacy transformations is desirable.
- Overall key expertise/experience in Applications Development research is expected.
