IBM Microelectronics Division is recognized as the world leading ASIC provider. IBM's offering to ASIC customers is called the Blue Logic™ Methodology which consists of design tools, support and other resources. On April 2002, IBM has announced that FoCs has been made an official component of the Blue Logic flow. IBM ASIC customers may can access FoCs by contacting their FAE or Matt Welland.
