Automation Workflow
The AVOIR workflow includes several steps:
- The Inventory Manager is first used to create the list of servers and the properties of the servers that take part in the rehearsal or the invocation. This operation can start at the customer location and end in the BCRS location.
- The Analyzer checks whether the servers in the inventory can be virtualized.
- The Scheduler finds available resources in the BCRS cloud and maps the inventory servers to the servers that are identified as being available.
- The Orchestrator is responsible for deploying the backed up servers' images onto the mapped servers, according to the mapping created by the Scheduler.
- Once the Orchestrator completes the deployment, the inventory servers are up and running on the BCRS cloud.
