Quality Assurance
The Quality Assurance (QA) team is responsible for testing of components developed in the Rehovot Software Lab. The components include, among others, Sametime Presence and IM, Sametime Gateway, Sametime integration with Notes client, Websphere Presence Server and SIP infrastructure. This team coordinates with other QA teams located in Westford, MA, Lexington, KY, Beijing, China and Raleigh, NC.
The Quality Assurance team uses testing tools developed in house. The tools are used for stress testing server side components of the various products developed in the Rehovot Software Lab.
The Quality Assurance team is responsible also for improving the overall quality of work in the Rehovot Software Lab. This task includes implementation of best practices and automation of testing and routine procedures.
