Quality Assurance
The Quality Assurance (QA) team is responsible for testing our two main products, Omnifind Discovery Edition (ODE) and IBM Classification Module (ICM). In addition, the team is also responsible for testing our legacy product, Reply.
The QA team performs all aspects of testing, including functional, system, regression, and performance tests. The team uses automatic testing tools to expedite and standardize the testing process. Some of the tools are commercial off-the-shelf tools, such as the Rational testing suite, while others were developed in-house.
The QA team is also responsible for release engineering. This includes software configuration management, the build process, and the delivery of our products.
