Our research is focused on Simplified Tools & Middleware & Visual Analytics, targeted at business users and business developers for next generation environments including Web 2.0, visual analytics tools, software as a service, mobile devices, and cloud computing platforms. We investigate the software attributes that are particularly important to the customer experience with the goal of increasing the consumability of the software and analytics systems in order to bring more value to our customers.
