IBM is looking for an experienced dynamic recruiter with excellent direct sourcing skills and experience in the technology fields. Responsible for talent finding through social media tools, advertising and developing referral networks, etc. The recruiter will work with IBM recruitment team.
Requirements:
- M.A student, with at least 18 months before graduation. Ability to work at least 80% position
- Proven experience in direct sourcing recruitment. Actively sourcing candidates (active and passive) through social networks (Linked-In, Facebook )
- Familiar with the Israeli Hi-Tech market and positions
- Excellent communication skills.
- A team player
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- The role requires proactive and passion approach.
- Proven experience in screening applications
