Description:
Responsible for executing the XIV business requirements from conception to general availability, while following the IBM project management state of the art methodologies.

Job includes:

• Planning and tracking XIV large scale projects, managing risks, budget and constraints.
• Ensuring timely execution and resolving issues that arises during a project lifecycle.
• Managing a matrix based team of multiple IBM groups around the world including manufacturing, procurement, design, testing, development, documentation, support and quality.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management of large scale projects in a global environment.
• Technical knowledge in the computer area, preferably combined HW and SW development.
• Knowledge of Storage Systems is highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills. Excellent English, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a multitasking and dynamic changing environment.
• Excellent human relations and the ability to work with managers in intensive operations and in a matrix structure.

Education
