Your work will be leading, participating, designing, innovating and developing Storage Solutions software packages integrating with many OSs, Applications, Hypervisors, directly affecting the business success.
Lead Agile assimilation in the development group. Work with offshore teams in China and US.
The position:
- Lead development of several application and services
- Assimilating Agile development methodologies
- High level of autonomy, influence and responsibility
- Developing software with direct effect on the company's success
Required skills:
- 2 years experience in leading development team of 4+ engineers
- 4 years experience in software development
- Excellent leadership and organizational capabilities
- Excellent software design skills
- Expert in an Object Oriented programming language
- Power user level understanding of GNU/Linux
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Versatile team player with a methodological approach to assigned tasks
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast changing environment with tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability and strong willingness to rapidly learn new technologies
- Fluent English
