Description:
This position requires understanding & supporting Laptop/PC/Servers Software/Hardware issues, networks, various operating systems and the ability to learn new concepts quickly. Documentation & human interaction skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Join the Help Desk Team - supporting XIV's employees user environment
  • Understand, Investigate, diagnose & solve various SW/HW issues

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in Linux & Windows user
  • Valid student card for 18 months in advance.
  • Deep knowledge in Microsoft OS especially Windows XP/7 & server environment.
  • Knowledge in Laptop/PC environment , MAC advantage
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Lotus Notes
  • Basic networking understanding
  • Virtual environment solutions, VMware - advantage

Preferred personal skills:

  • Team player
  • High expression abilities in English. English speaker - advantage.
  • Service orientation - supporting R&D teams

Advantages:

  • Good knowledge in Windows Server administration
  • Experience with support tools such as images, partition tools, remote control, etc.
  • high service consciousness
