Description:
This position involves taking part in the development efforts in storage software products.
The selected candidate will be responsible for detailed design, coding in C/C++, planning and implementing unit testing and code reviews. He/she will work with development teams on a number of challenging development projects and will work as a system programmer in a Linux environment. Working in ProtecTIER means working in a high performance culture, where the quality of the product and its architecture are ranked very high.
Requirements:
University graduate in computer science studies or equivalent with 1-5 years of experience in software development. The following skills are advantageous:
- Advanced C/C++ programming and operating systems.
- High-level design and system view potential.
- Good knowledge of data structures and computer science algorithms.
- Advanced courses in computer science.
- Familiarity with Linux / UNIX.
Candidates should be fluent in English (speaking and writing), and be adaptable, resourceful, and improvisational self-starters with an analytical approach.
