Description:
The Business and Systems Solutions department is looking for a senior researcher and software engineer to lead a team of researchers through all phases of a research project: conceiving a new innovation, analyzing market opportunity, completing technology development, and managing the overall project. The position also entails customer deployment and formulating research ideas into reusable assets.
Requirements:
- MSc or PhD in computer science or information systems engineering
- +5 years of work experience in specifying, design, and implementation of enterprise systems
- +2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in high-tech company
- Understanding the market and "thinking customer" at all times
- Embracing challenges and being passionate about solving hard problems
- Mastery of the software development lifecycle, from design to implementation and testing
- Excellent communication skills, team player, confident, and enthusiastic
- Ability to work in a changing and uncertain environment
- Desire to accomplish high objectives and ability to lead changes
Advantage:
- Relevant academic background and practical experience in complex architecture and systems or business analytics
- Track record in innovation and entrepreneurship
- Track record in business development in a high-tech company
- Practical experience in user interaction design and development
- Mastery of web development (preferably to JavaScript)
