This student position involves working in the development of radio frequency integrated circuitry within the Analog and Mixed Signal team in IBM Research – Haifa. The IBM AMS team is leading the development of advanced silicon-based IC solutions for wireless communication, imaging, and radars. The team is involved in several millimeter-wave frequency projects employing IBM's cutting-edge silicon-based technology.
Requirements:
- Pre-university qualification
- Excellence in studies toward a BSc or MSc in electrical engineering or related discipline (third semester or later)
- Strong problem analysis and solving skills
- Team players
- Strong electronic background with in-depth knowledge of electromagnetic wave theory, electronic circuitry, and microelectronic processes
