Description:
This position involves working as a software engineer to help develop state-of-the-art algorithms, technologies, and user interfaces that address the new opportunities and challenges Web 2.0 is posing today. The selected candidate will join the Social Technologies group and work on technologies used within cutting-edge software products in the areas of collaborative and social applications, information management, and more.
Requirements:
We are looking for outstanding technical people, who are able to innovate and build complex systems, including scalable infrastructure and sophisticated user interface, using state-of-the-art technologies. Candidates must have excellent algorithmic, programming, and software engineering skills and excellent knowledge in data structures. Candidates should have good team working skills, and be highly motivated, able to take initiative, responsible, and independent. C++/Java programming experience and deep knowledge in OO programming is required. A previous full-time technical position of at least a year is an advantage.
Education:
Outstanding B.Sc./M.Sc./PhD in computer science or software engineering.
