Description:
This position involves leading the technical direction of the Business Optimization group in HRL. The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical requirements, design, and implementation of multiple projects, while guiding and leading developers and helping to develop new research directions.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least three years of experience as a technical team leader. Candidates should have experience in operations research and programming, with a high level of technical excellence. Candidates should also possess strong collaboration skills with team members and internal/external partners. Knowledge of Optimization tools/packages such as Matlab, Arena, SAS, SPSS, R+ and programming languages/standards such as Java, C++ and UML are advantageous.
Education:
M.Sc. or higher in computer science or mathematics. PhD. will be an advantage.
