Description:
Functional verification is widely acknowledged as one of the major challenges in the development of new hardware systems. The rising complexity of computer systems in recent years and the increasing competitive pressures magnify this challenge.
Our task, as part of IBM Research, is to develop state-of-the-art technologies and software tools to aid the verification teams in coping with these challenges.
Our technologies are used as part of the development of leading-edge hardware systems ranging from gaming consoles to high-end servers and supercomputers.
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join our team as we take on this task. This is an entry-level research and development position.
Requirements:
Candidates must have strong problem analysis and solving skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience is not required.
Education:
M.A. / M.Sc. in computer science or electrical engineering.
