Downloading Data Explorer 3.1.4B from Boulder

Data Explorer Intel PC Code (unix code is below)

Please note that v3.1.4A is the latest version available for PCs. If you already have v3.1.4A, you are running the most current version available. If, however, you would like to use the new fonts with v3.1.4A, just sent a note to dxsupp@watson.ibm.com and we can send them to you. Before downloading files, make sure your browser knows what do to with files ending with .tar and/or .zip. You may have to force your browser to save the link to disk (you can do that in Netscape with Shift+Button1 while on the link).

Download ONE of the following files.

Tar file (18 MB).
Suitable for download to a Unix machine first.
Zip file (17 MB).
Suitable for download to a PC. You will need an "unzip" tool (PKZip, InfoZip or compatible).

The downloadable version of DX Personal Edition requires an X server. Diagnostics instructions are available.

After downloading the code, follow these instructions

Before downloading files, make sure your browser knows what do to with files ending with .tar.Z, and also with files with no extensions. You may have to force your browser to save the link to disk (you can do that in Netscape with Shift+Button1 while on the link).

Download BOTH of the following files, regardless of (unix) platform.

If you will be installing a floating (concurrent) license of Data Explorer and do not already have a NetLS license server running, then download the following file. The file is NOT needed if you are using a trial key or a NetLS nodelock license.
