Game 3, black
19...Qc7

Commentary for black move 19:

ROMAN DZINDZIHASHVILI: There's two ways to approach that position. If we analyze it completely in forced variations, there is no forced win for white, but I think there is a clear way to get some advantage, some stable advantage for white, and there is no way to win for white by force, I agree -- DB MOVE: 19...Qc7.

ROMAN DZINDZIHASHVILI: -- I think what people would have done had we see those variations --

YASSER SEIRAWAN: We do have a move by the way in the game by Deep Blue. He has responded Qd7-c7 and we didn't really get a chance to look at to why Deep Blue could not have played the move Nxf3+. We do want to. We're going not to game two, but we're staying in game three for a moment.

ROMAN DZINDZIHASHVILI: Right.

YASSER SEIRAWAN: Sorry, we're going to have to catch up for a second. AUDIENCE MEMBER: Why doesn't IBM spring for another laptop?

YASSER SEIRAWAN: That's a good one. What are we doing wrong? I think we're playing a game against Fritz. AUDIENCE MEMBER: Click onto the "watch" button. Tell Fritz to watch the game, not play. AUDIENCE MEMBER: Thank you very much, sir. We have a Fritz user in our midst. (Commentators reconstruct game three position.)
