These are very interesting times: while short term situations force an economic downturn, some parts of the I/T industry simply cannot hire enough of the skills then need.
This is especially true in the I/T Services industry. IBM Global services, for instance, has grown from 90,000 employees in 1996 to nearly 150,000 now.
