IBM Austin Research Laboratory's Low-Power Computing Research
Center is pleased to announce the third annual Austin Conference
on Energy-Efficient Design. This conference provides a forum
to exchange ideas on low-power techniques and methodologies
and to promote research on critical areas relating to future
energy-efficient computing. The conference will hold a public
session on Tuesday, March 2nd, in which university, government
researchers and IBMers will participate. Wednesday and Thursday
will consist of closed sessions only for IBM participants.

The IBM Austin Center for Advanced Studies (Austin CAS) proudly
invites the IBM Austin campus, and participating Universities,
to attend the -- now international -- 5th Annual Austin CAS
Conference. This conference will take place on February 19-20,
2004 in the Austin Research Laboratory Classrooms (Bldg. 904,
Room 6D-000 on the IBM Austin Campus). Mark your calendars
to remember these dates.
This conference will present innovative techniques and cutting-edge
results that will directly benefit IBM's research and development
efforts in hardware, software, systems technology, and business
management. 25 full-papers will be presented by IBM supported
University Faculty and PhD Students who will be returning
to IBM to present the results of their IBM-sponsored research.
