Installation Instructions for VideoAnnEx Annotation Tool

1.   Create a directory on your machine (such as VideoAnnEx ).

2.   Download the following two files into the same directory:
     VideoAnnEx.exe   executable file.
     VideoAnnEx.lex.xml   lexicon file.

3.   Run the VideoAnnEx.exe   executable.
