Note that the author deadline is past!.

We have chosen Springer Verlag as the publisher of the proceedings.  The conference proceedings will be a volume in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.  For each volume, Springer generates not only the printed version, but also produces an electronic version for access over the web.  Additionally, since ACM is financially sponsoring this conference, the electronic version will be available through ACM's digital library.

Since an electronic version is required, authors must provide the source (in an approved form) and a postscript or PDF file.  The author instructions may be found at http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.  The only two approved forms for the source of your paper are LaTeX and MS Word, although the latter is not encouraged.  Since many of your submissions were in the form of Word documents, the instruction documents and templates for submission may be retrieved from the above web site.

The pdf files for the copyright form which must be executed for each paper and the corresponding author instructions may also be obtained from the URL above.

Your duly executed copyright form, source file, and final postscript or PDF file must reach the program chair (who is the LNCS volume editor) no later than 1200 GMT on Friday, 14 January 2000.  Any late arrivals will be omitted from the proceedings and removed from the conference technical agenda.  Please budget your time accordingly.

We look forward to receiving and processing your papers to produce the proceedings, and meeting you and hearing your presentation at the conference in early April.
