Solution
Middleware solutions from IBM that will enable a Telco provider to act on the information immediately by processing the data in near real-time – improving customer service, increasing sales and extending BI capabilities and offerings. The solution will integrate Research Massive Data Collection and the Parallel Machine Learning toolbox. In addition, the analytic layer will be integrated with SWG DataStage to enhance its real-time analytical capabilities, thus providing solutions in multiple tiers.
